Tariq Ramadan is Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani Professor of Contemporary Islamic Studies at Oxford University. He holds an MA in Philosophy and French literature and PhD in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Geneva. His books include The Arab Awakening : Islam and the New Middle East ; The Quest for Meaning, Developing a Philosophy of Pluralismand Radical Reform, Islamic Ethics and Liberation.

Please note : Please perform Maghrib at the Islamia Mosque so that we can commence on time. Isha will be performed in Jamaah after the lecture.
